On December 13th, Showtime will present undefeated WBC # 3 ranked, WBA # 2 ranked, WBU Jr.

Welterweight Champion Ricky Hatton. Hatton will be making his 11th title defense against the hard

knocking Ben Tackie.

Hatton's last fight was on September 27th of this year against Aldo Nazareno Rios (36-3, 6 KO's) which

ended in a ninth round TKO win for Hatton. Hatton also has a win over Vince Phillips earlier this year (12

round unanimous decision).

Tackie is coming into this fight with two consecutive loses, both by 12 round unanimous decision. He lost to

Kostya Tszyu back in May of 2002 and Sharmba Mitchell earlier this May.

On the under card, undefeated NABF/USBA super middleweight champion Jeff Lacy will defend his titles against the NABF light heavyweight champion Donnell Wilson.
