Showtime presents Shobox: The Next Generation of boxing featuring undefeated WBO-NABO and IBA

Americas light heavyweight champion Rico "Suave" Hoye (15-0, 12 KO's) going up against WBC

Continental Americas and NABF light heavyweight champion Donnell "Cadillac" Wiggins (20-3-2, 11

KO's). The co-feature will see WBA Fedecentro middleweight champion Daniel "The Haitian Sensation"

Edouard (15-0, 8 KO's) take on Dorian Beaupierre (11-1, 5 KO's).

Hoye last fought in December of 2003 when he defeated Marris Virgil by first round knockout to capture the

vacant WBO-NABO light heavyweight title and retain his IBA Americas light heavyweight title. Hoye has

gone eight rounds or more twice. The first time was an eight round unanimous decision win over Greg

Wright (20-11-2, 7 KO's) in September of 2002. Hoye then went 12 rounds to capture the vacant IBA

Americas light heavyweight title with a unanimous decision win over Prince Badi Ajamu (19-1-1, 11 KO's)

in June of 2003.

Wiggins is coming into this fight with a loss in his last bout (December of 2003). Wiggins went down and

challenged for the WBC Continental Americas super middleweight title and was TKO'd in the eighth round

by undefeated title holder Jeff Lacey (16-0, 13 KO's). Before that bout, Wiggins had won eight of his last

nine (the other being a draw) including capturing the vacant WBC Continental Americas over Carlos

Bunema (8-4, 6 KO's) by third round TKO in May of 2003 and the NABF light heavyweight over Rodney

Moore (17-5-2, 7 KO's) by 12 round majority decision in October of 2003.

In the co-feature, the undefeated Edouard won the
vacant WBA Fedecentro middleweight title in his last

bout in December of 2003 with a fifth round TKO win over Ian Smith (13-8, 3 KO's).

The once defeated Beaupierre is on an eight fight win streak dating back to September of 2002. His last

bout was in February of this year with an eight round split decision win over Dante Craig (9-4, 7 KO's).
