It was announced on Wednesday that former heavyweight champion Evander "The Real Deal" Holyfield (38-6-2, 25 KO's) will fight IBF cruiserweight champ James "Lights Out" Toney (66-4-2, 42 KO's) on October 4, 2004 in Las Vegas.

At 40 years of age, Holyfield is yet again trying to recapture the heavyweight belts. 

Evander, you were a great champion.
