 Rage in the Cage has announced that Dan "The Beast" Severn (52-7-5) will return to Arizona (he's an Arizona State University Graduate) in RITC 54 against Homer "The Rock" Moore (46-4-1) in what is being called the Super Main Event (records in parenthesis are from RITC). RITC 54 is scheduled to take place on October 25 in Phoenix, Arizona.

New Japan Pro Wrestling will stage a King of Pancrase bout with Pancrase rules at their October 13th show, Ultimate Crush, in Tokyo, Japan. The bout will feature current Open Weight King of Pancrase Champion Josh Barnett against # 4 ranked Yoshiki Takahashi.
