Pride 24 - Cold Fury III

December 23, 2002 - Japan

The fight we were all hoping to see at Pride 24 - Noguiera vs. Fador is not taking place.

Instead, Antonio Noguiera will be facing the only person who has a win over him - Dan Henderson.

Henderson is an extremely tough opponent. 

Henderson knows how to move on the ground.

He might not have many submissions but he knows how to avoid them. 

And he knows how to damage his opponents as he moves. 

Can Noguiera catch Henderson in one of his trademark submissions or will Henderson have a surprise for

Nogueira?

No predication.

Other fights on the card are:

Murilo ''Ninja'' Rua vs. Kevin Randleman

Will Randleman gas out before he can cause any serious damage to Rua. Or will Rua catch Randleman after

he gasses? Rua is coming off a loss to Noguiera while Randleman comes in with a win in his last bout. 

Norihisa Yamamoto vs. Alexander Otsuka

Will Otsuka be able to out punch Yamamoto? Otsuka loves to punch and punch and punch and....

Yuko Sasaki vs. Rodrigo Gracie

With a Gracie fighting, you know he will be looking for a submission.

Daijiro Matsui vs. Kazuki Okubo

Matsui the human punchin...ahh... we won't go there. It's wasn't  a knock on Matsui but he takes more

punishment then just about anybody out there. Sometimes his heart is way, way too big for his own good. If

he just got some experience with people at his skill level for a short time, then he could be a huge force in

the near future.  The question is - Will Matsui pull out a win or will he get bloodied and bruised again.
