Pride has released some bouts for their upcoming October 14th event - Bushido Vol. 5 according to Sportsnavi. King of the Cage veteran Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett, coming off a loss to Shooto fighter Takumi Nakayama, is scheduled to fight Bushido powerhouse Takanori Gomi. Next, Pancrase fighter Crosley Gracie, currently ranked # 5 in the Pancrase middleweight division, will battle Bushido IV single fight winner Hayato 'Mach' Sakurai. Fellow Bushido IV single fight winner Ikuhisa 'The Punk' Minowa will face DEEP veteran Ryuki Ueyama. Fan favorite Carlos Newton will go up against DEEP veteran Ryo Chonan. Bushido Vol. II single fight winner Yasuhito Namekawa will take on multiple PRIDE Bushido single fight winner Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua. And the big men round out the card so far when former Sumo wrestler and PRIDE FC heavyweight GP participant Henry “Sentoryu” Miller takes on XFC veteran Mal "The Twin Tiger" Foki.
