PRIDE Shockwave 2003

PRIDE FC has announced that their December 31st event, PRIDE Shockwave 2003 (which will be held at

the Saitama Super Arena in Japan), will feature the rematch bout between Hidehiko Yoshida and Royce

Gracie. Other fighters expected to participate in the event are former PRIDE heavyweight champion

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, PRIDE middleweight champion Vanderlei Silva, DEEP veteran Hayato

"Mach" Sakurai, PRIDE/UFC champion Don Frye, PRIDE veteran Mario Sperry,  PRIDE veteran

Heath Herring, and PRIDE veteran Ryan Gracie.  PRIDE also announced that PRIDE 27 will be held on

February 1, 2004 and PRIDE Bushido will be held on February 15, 2004.
