Super Brawl 35 - NJPW / Shamrock - Holyfield

In case you haven't heard already, PRIDE veteran Enson Inoue will be headlining Super Brawl 35, scheduled

for April 16th at the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii. Inoue will take on Tom "Trauma" Sauer in a light

heavyweight bout. Sauer has a knockout victory (35 seconds) over Pride veteran Valentijn Overeem.

NJPW / Shamrock

Just in case you were wondering, the Ken Shamrock vs. Shinsuke Nakamura special exhibition, one

round (five minute) bout ended in a draw this past Saturday night in Hollywood, California on the pro-wrestling

card Toukon 2. According to NJPW, the match was similar to a Pancrase bout with good action from both.

Boxing: Holyfield

Fox Sports is reporting that Evander "The Real Deal" Holyfield (38-7-2, 25 KO's), at age 41, will be

looking to fight this summer in hopes of becoming heavyweight champion once again. He has stated that he

would like to fight IBF champ Chris Byrd or WBA champ John Ruiz. Holyfield has lost to both (Ruiz -

March, 2001 & Byrd - December, 2002) via unanimous decision.
