NewsBits: Trinidad Comeback?  - Yoshida vs. Gracie III?

Boxing
USA today is reporting that former IBF/WBC welterweight, WBA/IBF Jr. middleweight champion Felix

Trinidad wants to make a comeback. According to USA Today, promoter Don King is hoping that he will

make a comeback - possibly as early as March 20, 2004 on a Don King pay-per-view card. The talk will

focus on a rematch with Oscar De La Hoya if he does make a comeback (from their 1999 match

which saw Trinidad take a majority decision and De La Hoya's WBC welterweight title). The soon-to-be 31

year old will discuss comeback plans with his father and go from there.

PRIDE FC

Daily Sports is reporting that Hidehiko Yoshida has stated that he wants to fight Royce Gracie for a third

time in 2004, possibly around the summer time if Gracie accepts the fight.
