Boxing - Mike Tyson

Many media outlets are reporting that "Iron" Mike Tyson has accepted a plea bargain and will plead guilty

to disorderly conduct charge and will not have to face the initial charges of assault, harassment and

disorderly conduct stemming from a run in with two men in a hotel lobby last June. Tyson will be required to

perform 100 hours of community service.

 

 

Boxing - George Foreman

Fox Sports is reporting that "Big" George Foreman went on the air Wednesday, on Houston television

station KRIV, to say he has no verbal agreement with anyone for his comeback fight contrary to what is

being reported (that Don King has a $20 million deal agreed upon with Foreman). Foreman went on to say

that there is nothing in writing and when it happens, he'll have a big announcement himself.
