UMAC: KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga - the Israeli martial art developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, had its inception in 1948. We recently had the opportunity to visit the Universal Martial Arts Center (UMAC) in Chino Hills, CA., where they teach Krav Maga (among other arts) and spoke with chief instructor Sensei Michael Johnson about what Krav Maga is and what their school is all about.
