King of the Cage has announced that their next event will be held in Sunrise, Florida on January 24, 2004.

The event will take place in the Office Depot Center, home to the NHL's Florida Panthers. This KOTC event

will present three title fights. 

Headlining the event will be KOTC heavyweight champion Paul Buentello, who will be putting his title on

the line against UFC veteran and recent IFC victor Patrick Smith. You may remember Smith from UFC II

where he defeated Scott Morris with quite a few elbows.

The next title on the line will be the vacant unlimited super fight title, which will put the legendary Dan "The

Beast" Severn against Seth "The Silverback" Petruzelli. 

And John Alessio will be putting his KOTC welterweight title on the line when he faces George Santiago 

(American Top Team).

Manny Reyes Jr., coming off his KOTC win on December 6th, is also scheduled to appear.

In all, 12 bouts are scheduled including a lightweight fight between Paul Rodriguez and Melvin Guillard.
