On Sunday March 23, 2003, King of the Cage will be back at Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, CA.
On the fight card that night will be up and coming fighter Karo Peryisian, who I believe will rise to the top in his weight class.
I saw him fight not too long ago in a smaller event and he fought a well known and good fighter ( Antonio Mckee). He did very well and won a unanimous decision.
It seemed like he was two or three moves ahead of his opponent but now he faces Fernando Vasconsuelos who is a more than a worthy opponent. This should be a great ground game match. Also on the card will be Joe Camacho. Last time we saw Joe, he did a superb job with his stand-up to earn a victory. Will we see more of the same from Joe or will we see a battle of the Jiu-Jitsu experts when he goes against Black belt John DelaO?
