K-1 has released a sneak preview of their March 27th event. The event will be comprised of single-bout

Super Fights. Akebono will return to the ring after his debut in K-1 on December 31st (losing to Bob

Sapp). This event will also feature three K-1 World GP champions on the card. And Shannon Briggs is yet

again scheduled to make his debut in K-1 (although he is also scheduled for a boxing match against Robert

Davis in New York on March 6th).

Scheduled to participate in the event are:

Akebono vs. Musashi - added

Cyril Abidi - K-1 veteran

Mike Bernardo - K-1 veteran

Remy Bonjasky - 2003 K-1 World GP Champion 

Shannon Briggs - Boxer/K-1 debut

Ernesto Hoost - 4-time K-1 World GP Champion

Mark Hunt - 2001 K-1 World GP Champion

Alexey Ignashov - K-1 veteran

Jan Nortje - K-1 veteran

Ray Sefo - K-1 veteran

Jerrel Venetiaan - K-1 veteran

Carter Williams - K-1 veteran

K-1 announced that the match-ups would be released next week.
