2005 Grand Prix in Seoul

K-1 announced six of the eight fighters expected to participate in K-1's one day tournament - Asian Grand Prix 2005 scheduled for March 19th in Seoul, South Korea. The winner of the tournament will advanced to the opening round of the K-1 World 2005 Grand Prix slated for September.
Fighters expected to participate in Asian GP: - Akebono (K-1 veteran, Former Sumo Champion) - Hong-Mam Choi (Korean Sumo Champion) - Hiraku Hori (K-1 veteran) - Lee Myeon Ju (Titans veteran) - Zhang Qing Jun (K-1 veteran) - Kaoklai Kaennorsing (K-1 veteran)
Others expected to participate in Super Fights: - Ray Sefo (K-1 veteran) - Peter Aerts (Three time K-1 Champion)
