It looks like it's official.  Puroresu Power is reporting that K-1 and Tyson have come to terms.

Sadaharu Tanigawa (K-1 matchmaker) said, "an agreement was reached on a lawyer-level."

No dates have been set for Tyson although Tyson seems eager to appear at the earliest possible time.

Tyson is facing legal troubles stemming  from a brawl he had with two men in a hotel lobby in New York. He

claims self-defense.  There is concern on K-1's part whether a judge would allow him to leave the country.

But since he has filed for bankruptcy protection, he might not have a problem leaving the country since that

is the way he makes his money.

Any way you slice it, K-1 will never be the same again. Tyson will bring raw emotion to the event and should

do well in K-1 rules matches. And it will be exciting if he accepts MMA rules or even San Shou rules

matches.
