Fight 1 - Super Fight (San Shou Bout) Cung Lee wins a four round unanimous decision (40-32.5, 39.5-33.5, 39-33.5) over Phil Phetit
Fight 2 - Tournament Bout Michael McDonald wins by TKO (fighter could not respond to ref after being hurt) at 2:22 of round two over Jefferson “Tank” Da Silva
Fight 3 - Tournament Bout Aziz “Boom Boom” Khattou wins a three round majority decision (29-29, 29.5-28, 29-28.5) over Raul Romero

Fight 6 - Tournament Semi-Final Bout Michael McDonald wins by KO over George Randolph at :55 of the first round (Aziz “Boom Boom” Khattou could not continue due to injuries sustained in the first bout - Randolph was the substitute)
Fight 7 - Super Fight Carter Williams wins a three round unanimous decision (30-27, 30-28, 29.5-29) over Dewey "Black Kobra" Cooper (people booed the decision)
Fight 8 - Tournament Semi-Final Bout Remy Bonjasky wins by KO over Jeff Ford at 1:28 of the first round (Rick “The Jet” Roufus unable to continue - Ford was the substitute)
Fight 9 - Super Fight Bob Sapp wins by KO over Kimo at 1:11 of round two
Round 1 - Sapp on the offensive, trying to corner Kimo - Sapp landing punches and kicks - Kimo rocked Sapp with big left - Kimo on offensive - knocked down Sapp - Sapp is down - Bell rings and saves Sapp - Sapp cut above right eye.
Round 2 - Sapp comes out and puts Kimo down - Kimo back up - Kimo trying to hang on - Kimo down - Kimo's out
After the first round ended, Sapp was hurt but because he had a cut, there was a two minute timeout to attend to the cut which gave Sapp a chance to recover - he would have been in trouble for round two if not for the timeout
Fight 10 - Tournament Finals Bout Remy Bonjasky wins by decision over Michael McDonald (the fight was a draw after three rounds and per K-1 rules, a fourth round was fought. That round is scored independently of the other three so whoever wins that round wins the bout)
K-1 Notes: - Rick "The Jet" Roufus announced his retirement during the broadcast - He suffered another knee injury and felt it was wiser to hang up the gloves for good. He's been a Great Champion and we wish him the best.
- After the Kimo bout, Sapp called out Mike Tyson who was at ringside - Tyson goes to center of ring and tells Sapp he would fight him tonight with Boxing rules. Sapp retaliates that he would put Tyson down - Tyson says sign the contract - Sapp calls Tyson a punk - Sapp says he'll fight Tyson with K-1, Boxing, or MMA rules - After getting clocked tonight, Sapp might want to reconsider what he is doing.
