KOTC Veteran John Delao Interview

Brazilian Jiu-JItsu black belt and King of the Cage 22 winner John Delao took a few minutes to talk to us

this past Monday at his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School in Anaheim, California. Mr. Delao talks about when he got

started in Jiu-Jitsu and how it differs from what we see today. He also discusses Jiu-Jitsu tournaments and

their complexities plus he addresses some of the criticism that has been dealt his way.
