Wednesday night, we had the good fortune to visit Brazilian Jiu-JItsu black belt and King of the Cage fighter

John DeLaO, who took a few minutes to talk with us at his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School in Anaheim, California.

Mr. DeLaO talks about his upcoming fight this Friday night at King of the Cage against Matt Stansell, his

assistant instructor and KOTC stand-out Thomas Kenny and Mr. DeLaO addresses an article written in

grappling magazine.
