This Saturday, HBO Championship boxing will present a light heavyweight title bout between IBO champion

Antonio Tarver and the number one IBO contender Glencoffe Johnson. Tarver was stripped of the WBC

title while Johnson relinquished his IBF title to make this bout happen. Both men are coming off knockout

wins over former undisputed light heavyweight champion Roy Jones Jr. - Tarver beat Jones in May of this

year by way of second round knockout while Johnson defeated Jones by ninth round knockout in September

of this year. Tarver has never been stopped in a fight while only one of Johnson's nine losses have come by

way of knockout (in the 11th round to Bernard Hopkins in 1997). HBO will also telecast this past

Saturday's Pay-Per-View heavyweight title bout between WBC champion Vitali Klitschko and Danny

Williams.
