This past Thursday night, we had the pleasure of visiting the Fight Factory in Pasadena, California. We met

up with owner Brendan Cosso who introduced us to their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, black belt Frederico

Sabbatini. It was awesome talking to these two gentlemen as they both have a great passion for the sport

of mixed martial arts and traditional martial arts and it showed through their interaction with their students

and in speaking with us.

Mr. Sabbatini recently won a Super Fight at the 2nd California Open Jiu-Jitsu Submission Grappling

Tournament against fellow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Cleber Luciano. Check out Mr. Sabbatini's

Fight Factory offers classes in Fitness Jiu-Jitsu (total body conditioning) , kid's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women's
