The stage is set for "The Rumble in Sonoyta." 

Sonoyta, Mexico is ready to stage a spectacular Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing event on March 6th, 2004.

The event is being organized by local Sonoyta Promoter Mario Martin Acosta in conjunction with the

FCFA, Parker Pro Boxing and Cervesa Tecate.

The event will feature six professional Se Vale Todo Mixed Martial Arts bouts. 

Welterweight Vincent Guzman from Washington DC, will face off against Mike Perales from Eloy,

Arizona.

Heavyweight fighter Doug Berube from Phoenix, Arizona, trained by Charles Parker, and sponsored by

World's Gym, will take on Chappo Montijo also from Eloy, Arizona. 

In a lightweight match-up, Richie Reyes from the Ghetto Grapplers will confront Angel Hernandez from

New York, NY. 

Heavyweight Mike Rainieri will face off against Brian Pardoe. 

Welterweight Melesio Perales from Eloy's Ghetto Club will also fight against another Washington D.C.

fighter Cory Devela. 

The Super Fight of the night will feature Victor Estrada against Del Harris.

The fight card will also feature three exciting amateur boxing bouts pitting the best amateur boxers from the
