Judges scored it 117-110, 118-108, 120-107 - Toney wins titles

Notes:

- Was shown on Fox Sports and IBF heavyweight champion Chris Bryd was a guest commentator

- A one sided fight with Toney stalking and landing while Booker covered up - Booker went down to one knee

  in the eighth

- Byrd said Toney went 12 rounds and he doesn't think any of the heavyweights have anything to worry about

- Toney said he hurt his left arm in the first round but that he is in tremendous shape (injury is why he didn't

  knock Booker out)

- Toney yelled out that he runs from no one

- Basically called out everyone in the heavyweight division

- As Toney was walking out, a small scuffle broke out with Toney wanting to go after someone - according to

Byrd, it was ex-cruiserweight champion Vassily Jirov that was having words with him.

- Jirov fought Toney in April of 2003 and lost his cruiserweight title to Toney via a 12 round unanimous

  decision
